Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Atlantic Edge Tackle. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return To start a return, please contact us at atlanticedgetackle@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
